Theevra Academy, an affiliate of the THEEVRA Arts Organization in Colombo, is a school that provides hands-on training in various fields of the Arts to students who aspire to become creative artists. This educational institute, previously known as Theevra School of Performing Arts, was founded in 2013 by two performing artists, Nadika Weligodapola and Dinupa Kodagoda. With a shared dream to inspire and guide aspiring artists, the founders bring to the table their vast experience in the industry, having worked in music, dance, theatre, film, and television. Theevra Academy aims to demonstrate the possibilities of a career as an artist and to equip students with the knowledge they need to approach their work with a creative mindset.
